Review summary

vegetables with meals were a bit overcooked but that is the only negative.some of our meals got mixed up and not correctly delivered.also the birthday cake i ordered was not the one received. are we now in the costa club; wasn't sure how to gain membership.or is that automatic.would like to go again on one of your cruises.

see above as to the food. we had wonderful dinner mates.made for a great meal time with all the laughter,sharing and talking.nice memories.

great music all over the ship.wonderful magicians,singers,dancers.great fun.

maria santoro was wonderful and professional as she spoke to me in my distress.a tribute to herself,her family and costa.i was glad i got to meet her the next day. as i told her i never met a "bad" maria or mary.she was one more positive mary memory.

staff were always cleaning something. i liked that there were toilet facilities all over the place; important for the older folks.

we didn't eat there.the rush of taxi drivers at the gate was a bit overwhelming.the one we chose given advice of the tourist kiosk was ok.the duty free shop he guided us to,jingles, wasn't the best prices.we got "taken" when we paid $18 for a 750 ml bottle of rum.not sure about the vanilla extract either as i haven't opened it yet.better prices for booze on the ship than at that shop.we bought in the whirl of sightseeing.

didn't eat there.so many shops.all pulling you into their shops.guide was very knowledgeable,helpful and proud of his country.always like to see that as they should be proud.

the woman at the museum shop was very pleasant and helpful.i like buying gifts made on an island and supporting local artists which i did at the museum shop.my nieghbor loved the tie i purchased for him designed and made on the island.didn't eat there either.

someone who worked in key west was nice to walk us directly to the trolley stop.that was kind of him.we didn't eat there; did go to the church.would have been nice to see hemingway house; next time.

Don't Miss: trolley ride was very informative.

Pros: the international crowd both in cruisers and staff.

Cons: not enough computers and too expensive.
