Very glad I took this trip. Hadn't even thought to go to central and south america but it was well worth it.

Ate in the main dining room for most meals. Service was great. Food was delicious. Chocolate desserts were to die for if you are a chocolate lover. The 4 cheese pizza was great and in my opinion the best of all their selections.

They have a animal sanctuary at the exit of the pier. Lots of exotic rescued animals, birds, monkeys, turtles.

Panama Canal Transit

Early start to the day but well worth it. Fascinating history. Had great views from every part of the ship. We didn't stop so I will be planning a trip back to Panama at some time in the future.

Puntarenas, Costa Rica

Toured the Rain Forest Adventure and the crocodile river tour and both were fantastic. Lots of wild life. Knowledgeable tour guides

San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua

They said this was a newer port just trying to get established so it was okay. They definitely have room to develop. Dirty, poverty more exposed. I felt safe while on our tour.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Over rated. Prices high. Very developed. Just walked the pier and the local area. Lots of shops, paved sidewalk.

So glad to hear your review. We will be on her on April 10th for a partial transit of the canal. We love all the Princess ships and the great service that Princess delivers.
