I was traveling with four of my friends. We purchased our Hop on Hop off excursion through different providers, at the same cost to each of us. When it was time to board the bus I was not allowed to continue with my friends, instead I was directed to a different Hop on Hop off bus. This was not due to overcrowding but just who I purchased the same excursion through. This is very poor customer service!
