Food quality was good. Dining room: “Anytime Dining” was effectively non-existent- reservation not accepted and often a 45+ minute wait! Buffet: labeling of dishes was spotty; instead of being responsive and pro-active toward passengers, staff often gathered in small groups to chat. Supervisory staff was not visible and, when visible, were ineffective.

Lectures - outstanding; musicians - outstanding; movies - good. The library, while a lovely space, was not stocked or managed. There was no one “in charge”
