Land tour with cruise was the best way to see the Alaskan Wilderness and get taste of the culture. This was on our bucket list , and is still on our list as we want to return. We look forward to returning in about 5 years with kids and grandkids.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Very helpful and polite, met one staff member the entire trip that was having a bad day, preety good.
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
Ship design is ok, there was a definite odor in the stairwell (sewer gas smelling) it got worse as the cruise went on. The ship is showing its age, shuffle board sticks, mostly broken or bent badly, no net on basketball hoop.... little things that could be remedied easily
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
We decided to try an inside cabin this trip. Pleasantly surprised, sure it was small, but very comfortable, it was cleaned regularly Rust spots on ceiling, that I had to assure my wife were not leaks :)
Ship tip
Main dining room, Boudreaux was backed up often. We decided to eat elsewhere.
Cute little town, We started with a Helicopter ride to glacier and dog sledding. Great experience, we were the only group to get out as the fog came in, we felt very fortunate to be standing on a glacier riding a dog sled on Fourth of July!!
We Needed more time here, we did the best of Juneau tour, one of our favorite. The whale watching and walk to the water fall was an excellent excursion.
Cute town, we did a salmon fishing charter, this excursion was a bust. I do no like charter excursions but figured I would give it a shot. No fish but it was a beautiful day to be out on the water.
