Review summary
We really enjoyed all the ports of call. We went snorkelling in Aruba on wrecks; visited old town Cartegena and enjoyed many of the historic buildings, including a show from local dancers and musicians; tendered to meet a bus to take us to a historic tour of Panama City, checked out the locks to the Pacific Ocean - we also had a window so we could observe our transit through the locks and experience first hand our gigantic ship being lifted by the rising water to the next lock; experienced the jungle by train and boat in Limon which afforded many instances of viewing wildlife; and self-toured by way of taxi in Ocho Rios and saw lots more of the area than we did the last time we were there.
The service and food onboard was excellent. The shows and entertainment were very enjoyable.

Ship tip
Make sure you get the wrapped sandwiches from the cafeteria the night before an extended excursion. Our tour to Panama City was 6 hours and we were given a bottle of water and a muffin the whole time. We were not anywhere long enough to go to a restaurant to eat.
