Our room steward was very nice & did a great job keeping our room neat & clean. The restaurant manager Serdar was wonderful, as well as our waitress Mira & our waiter Sayan! They were all friendly, sweet, helpful & knowledgeable! Went above & beyond to make sure we had a great experience.

The room was very comfortable, great aesthetic, spacious enough. You could very easily hear people passing/talking in the hallway, but it wasn't very often.
