Review summary

It was disappointing. It wasn’t worth the money. After this experience, I think we’re done cruising. Take your kids to an all inclusive resort instead, you will save money, have more fun, and not be nickeled and dimed. Even the excursions were “watered down” like the drinks and ketchup. We will probably not eat potatoes and green beans for months, the food was poor. The fruit wasn’t even ripe, same items served over too much, low quality. The short cuts (ways to gain and save money) really killed this experience. I spent thousands of dollars and my children said they would never do it again. The internet package scheme was terrible. We would have had to pay $500 to watch Netflix …..after they provided zero entertainment for the kids. I actually lost a few pounds, that kind of says it all there! The staff makes zero effort to fix issues once they receive your money, shocking! I had to pay hundreds of extra dollars because my transports were messed up, by staff NOT ME, and even the manager lied. They won’t give you your money back for anything, including the excursions when you get there and see it is not what it was advertised to be.

Same food daily (potatoes, green beans, meats). The juices/drinks provided without extra payment were watered down and flavorless. Sushi on 5 had limited menu and were skimpy. The main restaurant….hard to get in, limited selection, small portions provided, and the waiter left us sitting for an hour after we ordered desserts, we walked out. No staff bothered to see why or remedy it.

False advertisement on entertainment. There was maybe 2 shows, a few hours of live music, nothing for the kids (origami and casino night was them sitting in ocean view cafe for a few hours with staff who paid no attention to them.

There were none. How is casino night sitting in a cafeteria talking??? So disappointed. No activities at “kids club”.

Small for a cruise! Terrible saying it would accommodate 3, we stepped on each other if we weren’t in bed.

Don’t do the excursions, if you’re a foodie, pick another cruise, don’t take children on this one, read all the fine print about their charges (extra)
