Only was at main dining once… the quality of the food was not up to prior experience. Had two specialty meals- Tuscan Grill was phenomenal, Le Petit Chef- Qsine was good not great. Ocean view cafe the best option but cut backs are seen there and elsewhere

Onboard Activities

Silent disco, casino, sky lounge fun. The other activities seemed very blah… saw cruise director twice in five days ….the comedian was good.

Entertainment

The djs were good but seemed to play the same songs over and over….also played at a low volume so hard to hear on deck 10

Noel is the best server ever! She in casino a wonderful young lady! Gerardo or cabin attendant was great. Those three outshined a few to keep the 5 star rating. Poor service from the bars on deck 10 and 11….especially Ankar. He told me day 1 I didn’t have premium beverage package… paid $700… decided to go to guest services to find out I did have it… took 3 days for refund…this person would not look at me or serve me balance of trip! I would constantly thank the crew for their hard work

I liked it… easy to navigate. Very clean and maintained. You can see it’s age but well taken care of- needs some TLC on exterior

Concierge class… nice cabin and accommodations… especially bed and pillows. Saw a slight decline in service the last days
