We enjoyed the Cosmopolitan dining room for breakfast and dinner several times. The staff was very attentive and we thought the food was very good. We ate at Tuscan on 2 different nights. The food was delicious and the staff was amazing! From Bekir the matri'd to Soner our waiter every thing was ideal.
We did eat at the buffet a few times. I felt that some of the stations were not adequately staffed. The food was solid but it was very difficult to get anyone to take a drink order from us.

Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and helpful. Our room steward, Faza was exceptional and kept our room clean like a ninja! The waiters were professional and worked very hard. Elvira, the hostess in the Cosmopolitan was truly amazing! She was never flustered and handled every passenger as if they were the only one.
Ship Quality

The ship was kept very clean. We had an easy time to navigate the ship's shops, bars and restaurants. We found the aft elevators the best to use - never a line there
Cabin / Stateroom

We loved the Sunset cabin. Such a great balcony which we spent a lot of time on and could just go up to the Sunset bar for cocktails to bring back to our beautiful balcony. Faza, our room steward, was excellent at keeping our room clean and out bathroom well stocked.

Book first night dining discounts EARLY! Use the aft elevators for fast and easy navigation of floors
We enjoyed Bermuda a lot. We rented a scooter and rode all over the island. The people were so friendly. We visited the Swizzle Inn, several beaches, Hamilton and St. George. We had a great time.
