Overall, we loved our cruise. Celebrity Summit is a smaller ship, and booking this vacation, I was a little apprehensive about having not enough things to do for three days at sea. Not only it was not boring, we loved it better than some of the huge ships we cruised on, were it was so overcrowded, we couldn't eat in piece being placed at crowded dining tables at the main dining, and spending most of our at sea time in lines for food and activities. Here, with over two thousand of people on board, it didn't feel crowded at all. Most relaxing vacation ever!

Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We only used main dining room for dinners, and buffet for breakfast and lunch. Dinners were very good - we are not snobby New Yorkers thinking they have the greatest food in the world, and being born and raised in Europe we know a thing or two about food. That said - no complaints, we followed our server's recommendations, and had no misses with our dinners. Service was excellent! Buffet was much better then Royal Caribbean (surprise!), and a lot (!) less crowded. Even at the rush hour times we were able to get a table, and food that we wanted. Only one time, our last day at sea, they ran out of clean plates and utensils, and it was somewhat hectic at the grilling stations - they were not able to cook fast enough to feed hungry lunch crowds. I think it was the shift that was working that day though, because all other days at sea things were flawless.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
We were determined to relax on this vacation, but did enjoy activities we participated in - like Summit voice, and some games. They were short enough to not get boring. Our teen enjoyed the X-club, even though teens were pretty much on their own there, she met a lot of good friends.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Some shows were OK, some were very good. Not as huge as on the huge ships, but very professional, and good taste.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Service was excellent! The whole crew is trying very hard to make you feel welcomed, and spoiled :-) From captain Iannis to Donovan "the muffin man" at the buffet, everyone was always greeting you with a smile.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
We used the Celebrity app to navigate the ship for the first couple of days, but it's pretty easy to go around without it. There are signs everywhere, and every elevator has a list of places for every floor.
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Cabin 6022 is one of sweet 16 veranda cabins that have a double sized veranda. Cabin was immaculately cleaned twice a day, always stocked. We never had to ask for anything, it was like our cabin attendant was reading our minds.
