Review summary
Overall, Celebrity is wonderful. As I've already stated, we're in our late 20's, have no children, and overall, like to be in total vacation mode. What that means to us is not a ton of children running around, no crazy parties, etc. Celebrity is just that. It is a slightly older crowd, but if you're our age and don't have children, there's a place for you here. The entertainment is outstandingly good, because the cruise director is our age. They do an amazing job of accommodating all age groups onboard! Speciality dining is UNBELIEVABLY GOOD. We ate there 8 out of the 10 nights we were onboard. The service is absolutely exceptional. Our room attendant was incredible as well. You cannot go wrong with celebrity. My wife and I's only complaint was simply that our hostess in the Captain's Club did not give us the time of day. We get the looks when we walk into the Captain's Club, and I get it: we're young, so how can we have this many points to be here? People will stare, talk behind our backs, etc., therefore, we don't need more problems from the hostess. At our first event, she carded us 3 times to make sure we were "suppose" to be there. We informed our waiter, who had asked about the service we were receiving (because he could tell something wasn't right) that we were being treated very differently. He spoke with her and she gave us a free bottle of wine to "make up for her lack of personal connection" with us. We were appreciative, but then she went into this whole thing of how we had not attended any events the Captain's Club put on. We went to EVERY event, said hi to her as we were walking in at EVERY event, and she stated that we came to NO events. So not only did she not give us the time of day, she didn't even notice we were there. She got a little hostile toward us during that conversation. People have issues realizing that a twenty-something-year-old and his wife can be educated and have a good job to be able to afford vacations like this. We are sort of clumped into a group because a lot of our generation does not have that. We are grateful for our opportunities. This was our 32nd cruise. Don't get me wrong, this isn't the first time it's happened, but IT IS the first time this has happened on Celebrity. We will continue to go on Celebrity cruises, simply because they are the best. I highly recommended them and hopefully you'll enjoy them as much as we did!Embarkation

Ship tip
We are Elite members. Take consideration in who your Captain's Club Hostess is. We had some issues with ours. We are young (late 20's)and she didn't seem to pay attention to us at all. We had a different hostess last year and she was WONDERFUL. This was would card us at every event as if we weren't suppose to be there. I understand once, but three times at 1 event is uncalled for.
