Review summary

I always love the sea days! Pool is always overcrowded and chairs saved by the time we get there! There seems to be a better way--maybe hand out towels only to people who come to find a chair right away. No saving by throwing a towel on a chair! Most people don't ever come to use those chairs. just a thought.

Our group did 3 nights in MDR and it was excellent! Two nights at Tuscan Grill which also was excellent. One night at QSine which also was awesome .

Service and Staff

We had excellent service from Sherma, our room steward who answered every whim-thank you! In the MDR, we were well served by McCoy and Ashly and they certainly added to our fun! Our Sommelier, Raul, was a gem! Such a lovely spirit and lover of wine and champagnes! We certainly enjoyed both under his direction! Everyone served us with a happy spirit and heart! People who enjoy their jobs was quite evident on Celebrity Summit.

Ship tip

Don't expect anything less than a crew happy to serve and make you happy! There may even be a singing coffee dude in the buffet in the morning:)

I noticed the staff keeping an eye on this during the cruise. They often stopped by asking if someone had actually seen anyone at the chair within the last 30 minutes. If someone said no, the staff took the towels and gave the chairs to someone else.

We felt that this was one of the best cruises we've taken. Bermuda is tremendous and the crew of the Summit always aim to please.

Neatly folded towel. Darn spell correct.

A nearly folded towel is not a reserved chair. The pool staff puts them out each morning. Chairs are reserved with draped towels plus a book, flip flops or sunscreen.
