I really enjoyed my cruise on the celebrity Summit. I loved being an aqua class it was just a step up and it was very enjoyable. The cruise director was very good the entertainment was amazing the food was exceptional. The captain looked out for the welfare of the people on the cruise we had to Medical emergencies which were handled very well. I appreciate this greatly since I am a nurse and know how hard it is to juggle medical emergencies. Even when the weather was not great the cruise was still Pleasant fortunately I had no seasickness issues which is always a good thing.
Embarkation

We sailed on Aqua class. We did not have to wait on any lines to get on the boat it was pretty awesome. I would sell Aqua class again in a heartbeat No Reservations in doing so.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We ate most of our meals at Blu. The food and service were fabulous. We had someone in our party with special dietary needs and they were well accommodated. The food was plentiful and delicious. I really enjoyed going to the buffet especially for breakfast the bagels lox and cream cheese for awesome great way to start my day.
Onboard Activities

I really enjoyed using the therapeutic pool it was very relaxing and I enjoyed the whirlpool. Persian Garden was a great addition to our cruise activities I'm so glad we had the opportunity to use it. I took a cooking class at the Tuscan Grille the shop who taught the class was awesome he gave good instruction was fun Karma and the food was absolutely delicious as where's the wine and champagne that went with the meal.
Entertainment
5 out of 5
I really enjoyed the Musical shows and the magic show. The the musical and Specialty shows where well-executed and so entertaining I loved all that acrobatics and the death-defying antics. All of the music Talent was very good I really like listening to live bands, that was a lot of fun.
Children's Programs
we had no children with our group
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Most of the staff was very friendly and showed a lot of hospitality. There were a few people that were not very helpful particularly bartenders and people in the Buffet. Some of them were not very interested in helping people, but others bent over backwards to be friendly and helpful.
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
The ship was old and had some peeling paint in spots but was spotlessly clean and overall in good shape. Clean and comfortable are very important to me while on vacation and all the areas that I wanted to wear both the bars were comfortable to sit in with a lot of comfortable furniture I wish that there were more lounge chairs out by the pool but because of space you're limited. The lounge chairs were really the only things we had to wait for everything else was really readily available.
Cabin / Stateroom

See outside Veranda was not maintained as well as I would have liked. And it wasn't cleaned as well as the rest of the room. The room was quiet, large enough to accommodate our needs. There was plenty of space to store or clothing. The bathroom could have used a couple of repairs but was clean and big enough to move around in
Ship tip
It was definitely worth the extra money to sell Aqua class. It was an awesome experience especially for a first cruise it gave me a really nice cross-section of what cruising could be. I would sell Aqua class again in a heartbeat.
We only embarked and disembarked at this point but both procedures were very efficient. Lines moved quickly and we were on and off the ship in no time at all.
King's Wharf was a great port with a lot of opportunities for shopping and excursions. My only problem with the dockyard is that it's a little far from everything and it's either a ferry ride or an expensive cab ride or a bus ride to do a lot of things like beaches and snorkeling. There are a lot of opportunities for excursions and other things right at the dockyard but it still is a little far from the rest of the island we did the glass bottom boat and snorkeling sturgeon and it was an incredible experience we saw a sea turtles the guys on the boat were very knowledgeable and friendly and we're from Bermuda so they could give us a lot of history it was great.
Disembarkation overall was very efficient and quick not too many lines. The only issue we had was getting back on the ship during a rainstorm. The line was long and slow and we got soaked. However there were people waiting with warm towels for us when we got back on the ship and that was a nice touch and very much appreciated.
