Review summary
Food and Entertainment about as good as we have seen in many cruises. Coordination and general knowledge of other personnel marginal. Embarkation and disembarkation poorly handled and way below anything we have ever experienced. Bayonne as a port doesn't seem to cut it. Don't think I would sail out of Bayonne again with Celebrity or anyone else for that matter. It's closer but poorly run. Also, the fact that Celebrity hid the holiday aspects of this week in Bermuda as well as the fact that they couldn't locate a previous sailing with Celebrity some years ago make us cautious about sailing with them again.Embarkation

Ship tip
Get to Bayonne early or you may have to park a distance away. The guarantee on the parking garage isn't worth much. Also be prepared to wait. Checking in to the ship is inordinately long. They don't have enough personnel to support a problem and everything backs up.That's the ships fault. Disembarkation is a mess and that's the government's fault plus not enough pressure from Celebrity to get their act together. There are 20 customs desks at exit and only 4 were manned - Ridiculous!. So ridiculous one suspects it's probably caused by an action by Trump reducing customs officials.
