Review summary
Overall, we were impressed with Celebrity. The service was excellent. Other ships might have more amenities but you will certainly get your money's worth on the Summit. Our only criticism is that we were given no prior notice that Bermuda was basically closed down for the week due to a holiday. We went into Hamilton and it was like a ghost town. It just would have been nice to know BEFORE we booked the cruise. Don't get me wrong, the beaches were open, as were some stores and restaurants, so we managed just fine. We just would have appreciated some communication about the holiday.Embarkation

Ship tip
1. Take advantage of the shows. 2. Claim a spot at the pool EARLY each day or else you'll likely be left chairless. 3. The Sunset Bar is a great location. It's never crowded and the view is spectacular. 4. If you're cruising with kids, the buffet is the way to go. The selection is terrific and it just has a "family friendly" atmosphere.
