Celebrity isn't what it used to be

Sail Date: July 17, 2016

Reviewed: 10 months ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Oceanview

The dining room staff and stateroom attendentants were excellent....the rest of the guest relation staff and dining room staff were not trained too well.   They learnt how to "yes" you and then do nothing to resolve a problem.   The food in the dining room was very good, the buffet very boring, same every day and when things were missing, no effort to replace them.   The Celebrity singers and dancers were by far, the best I have ever seen in 20 years of sailing....excellent shows.   Older ship that does need refurbishing in the cabins, especially the bathrooms.

Cabin / Stateroom Very noisy, bathroom needed major refurbishment
