Not what Celebrity used to be

Sail Date: August 09, 2015

Reviewed: 1 year ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Oceanview

Lackluster service, average food, extra charges for many on-board experiences, room cards that won't work or are deactivated without notice...

They definitely aren't the same cruise line we took years ago, and have a lot to do to catch up to the competition. Sad

Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Besides the bartenders on the Deck 10 Oceanview Bar, most of the staff were doing their job, and nothing more.
Children's Programs
Teens didn't enjoy the Teen Club at all - very few organized activities that had enough participation to make them run.
Onboard Activities
Destinations and Excursions
Ship Quality
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Cabin / Stateroom
Average room. Clean.
