Review summary

The crew aboard Celebrity Summit were all very pleasant and helpful. I reccommend trying the two specialty restaurants named 'Normandie' and 'Qsine'. Service was very good and the food in both restaurants was outstanding. Well worth the extra money! Never had a hard time finding a chair up on deck to get some sun, and the bar staff was efficient at getting everyone served. Loved the fact that the ship docked for 3 days and you can come and go as much as you please when in port. Do your homework and know where you want to go and what you want to see before hand. Buy the 2 or 3 day ferry pass and use the ferry to go to Hamilton and St. George. Must do is Wednesday night in Hamilton they have 'Harbor Nights' with vendors and a Military tattoo, neat stuff. Horshoe Bay Beach is Beautiful if you're a beach goer, do the excursion from the ship it's more convenient. Bermuda is a beautiful island, enjoy!

Liked being high up on the ship, close to the sun deck and the buffet was only one deck up. Only draw back being where we were on deck 9 forward was we were only 2 decks below the lounge where thet had late night parties. I used ear plugs and worked great, didn't really hear it and slept like a baby! We were nervous about an inside cabin not having a window, but one plus was that it was very dark with lights off and good for sleeping! Our cabin steward Charlie was outstanding!

Ship tip

I highly reccommend eating at the specialty restaurants 'Normandie' and 'Qsine'. You will never find the high quality of food and service for the price you pay, anywhere. I would rate these two restaurants with 5 or 6 stars, they were that good. For a special dining experience, a must do!

We love the ferry, you can buy 2 days passes and then have unlimited bus and ferry rides.

Do you reccomend just going to Hamilton on a ferry or doing the cruise ship excursion? How much was the ferry round trip? We purchased excursions to beaches due to health and walking issues.
