Review summary

Overall, we enjoyed our cruise. There were some glitches in service in the dining room at breakfast and lunch. Food was slow in coming out, was given to the wrong person, the food was not always served at the proper temperature. I think the cruise line tried to improve their service as the days went by. The waiter and his assistant at the evening meal gave excellent service. Kudos to Armen and Ramazon!!

The room attendants did a very good job in taking care of our room daily during the cruise. There was some confusion when it was time to leave the ship on excursions-some large backups but that didn't happen in every port. Entertainment was okay to very good depending on your personal preferences. We particularly enjoyed the acrobats, the flute soloist and the comedian and the house band. I would try Celebrity again. I thinks almost everybody tried hard to give good service and be helpful.
