Fun factory staff and activities were amazing.
Dinner service was mediocre at best. Head waiter introduced himself on night before last for his tip. Very insulting to tell me I can call on him for anything we may need on our vacation with one night left.
Senior officers were amazing. Very visible, friendly and accessible.
