The Celebrity Summit is in great shape, despite the comments on serveral boards. Upon boarding, You are greeted with a glass of champagne and a warm and welcoming smile.... the first impression was positive! This lasted throughout the sailing whether it be dining room, activities, pool side, bars, cabin personnel, etc. My two teenage daughters ages 13, 16 were continually entertained with the teen club actitivies, made many friends, etc. (over 500 kids on this sailing!) Don't miss the fruit buffet on pool deck and the chocolate/dessert buffet. Two formal nights- you can dress "down" on other nights, but those attending the dining room for meals were always dressed up and polished. We did not miss ONE meal in the dining room. All meals were excellent, tasty and above what we expected. (we have been on several cruises - about 11-12 on other lines) This is one of the best cruises we have taken. Just book it and GO!!! LOVED IT LOVED IT!

Food and Dining

All excellent. No complaints. We liked to be served when on vacation, so we used the dining room for all 3 meals .

Teen program was great! (from what I hear from my girls)

Service and Staff

Above and beyond their job description called for. Even the captain was easily accessible, participating or part of the audience.

Ship Quality

Everything was always polished and cleaned. Cabin was immaculate. Our cabin steward was attentive, always asking if we needed anything. (we had two inside cabins, adjoining one with my mom (73yrs old) and I (51yrs old) and other cabin two teenage daughters, 13 and 16. I recommend this set up since the girls "need their own bathroom"!! LOL

Cabin / Stateroom

Beds were very comfortable, bath was good size. Everything was always clean.
Adjoining rooms with 2 teenage daughters was a great idea!!

We shopped around KIngs Wharf, but did most of our shopping in Hamilton where we got some great items on sale for my teenage girls. We ate on the ship all the time. Snorkel Park at the Wharf (walking distance from ship) was great for the girls. (snorke gear, kayaks, pedal boats) The faciltity was clean, nice chairs/umbrellas. We bought the excursion package for the girls for the activities. It was worth it.
Don't Miss: For last minute shopping, Kings Wharf offers souvenir, snack bars, restaurants.

Pros: Excellent Service throughout; from start to finish

Cons: There are no negative comments to make
