Review summary

this was our third time sailing on the celebrity summit (once previously to bermuda, and the other a mediterranean cruise) and we were not disappointed. the staff's attention and sincerity to our vacation experience is above and beyond any other cruise line we've taken: princess, royal carribbean, ncl, carnival). the few times we had an issue -- like when we couldn't open the safe in our room -- one call brought someone to our room within minutes. it was all-around great.

kings warf is a good place to dock because it gives some options as far as activities. there is a beach in walking distance of the ship, which is a plus, and there are water sports like jet skiing, parasailing and fishing all right there. there's also a ferry that takes you to hamilton or st. georges also right there, and the obligatory shops (which are a waste). you can also rent mopeds from there and have a segway tour. so, yes, i guess it is a "must see" for convenience if nothing else -- especially if you're cruising.

Pros: service was exceptional and sincere-seeming

Cons: some oversights, like the hand sanitizers being empty and the ice machines not working in the buffet areas.
