Family Cruise Fun

Sail Date: August 21, 2011

Reviewed: 5 years ago

Traveled As: Family (young children)

Room Type: Inside

I found the service in the Waterfall not up to par with other cruises I've been on. They were extremely slow in removing trays and cleaning there. I would think when you have a ship with so many children on board, they would move to get the food out a bit faster. One should not have to wait for a half hour to have their order taken.

Pros: three days in Bermuda

Cons: way too long to get our orders taken and food delivered, two hours for dinner

Recommends Celebrity Summit? No.
