Lots of Fun

Sail Date: August 01, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/young children

Room Type: Balcony

We took the Maine and Nova Scotia cruise on the celebrity Summit.

Pros: The itinerary, the food, size of stateroom, size of balcony, Normandie restaurant, staff.

Cons: Ship is getting old, not always the cleanest, smell in bathroom.

Overall lots of fun and would recommend the ship if you can live with an older dcor. The staff is great and there is a lot to do onboard. They do try to sell you something at every turn but I think that most cruises are like that. Dont miss the Normandie restaurant; my wife and I really enjoyed it.

Pros: Food, staff, activities.

Cons: Ship is dated, could be cleaner.

Fog was as thick as soup so we couldn't see much. They have a very nice museum near the dock.
