The cruise was a different experience as the only other cruise I had been on was a tropical one. As a result, the activities to do during the days were a bit cumbersome. We tried to explore the ship but the game/card room didn't have any cards or games and that was a let down. The dinner and breakfast options were delicious, I just wish there were more food options during the late afternoon. The port in Victoria was not long enough to truly explore.

Overall, happy with this cruise to Alaska. Next cruise we will check out other options for our vacation dollars so we can enjoy a bit more quiet time.

I loved spending time relaxing, and enjoying quiet time on deck. The cruise staff were wonderful. The buffets and dining rooms and bars great. Still came home with Covid, though.

Having never been to Alaska the whole trip was exciting to us. The land and views were spectacular. All of our excursions went without a hitch. The whale watching was fun; however, the white pass train ride was the highlight. We enjoy hiking and took advantage of the trails.

Will never recommend this cruise ship to anyone. Overpriced and over rated cruise line.

I was not impressed with the ship cleanliness, and the food was terrible. The day before my last day, my cabin flooded from they say a broken pipe and would not switch my room even though it smelt horrible and the carpet was soaked, as well as them having loud fans in there blowing so I couldn’t sleep. Very disappointed overall by this cruise and how I was treated.

We were happy w it. Several cruises booked through BonVoy were cancelled though and one was replaced. We replaced the other at the last minute. Easier to just book excursions through cruise line.

Excellent ship and nice itinerary after very disorganized and frustrating embarkation at Port of Seattle.

Brand new crew; very polite but not very knowledgeable. Nice ship; clean; well maintained. Nice buffet area. Not enough entertainment options. No internet access. TV home screen with ship information would have been better if it had shown the ship's navigation and ETA's.

Scenic trip would have been better on a different cruise line.

The ship is a mess, the entire 9th floor didn’t have hot water for days. Our room had major issues including the heat not working and either going full blast and turning our room into a sauna, or blowing cold air and turning our room into a freezer. For 4 days we had to deal with that until it was fixed. Room service food was awful and one morning it didn’t even show up at all. Other times when it did it was at least twice as long as they said it would be and cold when it arrived. Other food on the ship was truly disgusting. Bread so hard you couldn’t cut through it. Rotten vegetables. Poorly seasoned food. Lobster bisque with no lobster. And don’t even get me started on the buffet…. The worst food quality I’ve ever seen on any ship. And I’ve been on carnival ships.

Most enjoyable cruise I have been on! It was the first Celebrity cruise for me. Alaska was beautiful. One excursion was canceled due to weather. Another excursion was canceled because a woman went overboard and we arrived late at the port. Entertainment and food onboard was excellent. Attended the behind the scenes tour of the ship and the hot shop class. Our cabin was kept immaculate! Highly recommend!

Our overall experience was fantastic. The attendants were all superior, rooms were clean and public areas were also. The ship is going into the renovation and should update some of the older looking areas of the ship. We really enjoyed the ports of call and the tendering operations were well run. We our loyal Celebrity customers and this cruise just added to our continued loyalty. We have already signed up for our next cruise in 2021.

This was third of back to back cruises. South Pacific, Great Barrier and then this one

We waited over a year to see the Great Barrier Reef. Then, when the moment came, Celebrity/Sunlovers Cruises failed to provide the means for seeing the Reef. The Celebrity/Sunlovers boat held just 27 people, forcing the 300 people to go aboard for just 15 minutes each. 15 minutes to see the Great Barrier Reef is false advertising, verging on fraud. And we were charged nearly $300 extra to see the Reef for 15 minutes. [Then we did not even get the 15 minutes because the glass-bottom boat was cancelled by ocean swells.

Good ports. Good food. Great shows. Nice cabin. Great staff.

It was a great cruise. For us there were too many sea days. We are better off with fewer sea days.

We had a wonderful cruise, we started in Australia and thought it was great but when we got to New Zealand, we were blown away by its beauty, definitely the most gorgeous country we've ever visited! The Solstice was great from stateroom, food, and entertainment - Celebrity is the best.
