My Request Thanks for your explanation regarding my concerns. I would like to give you of an unfair example. I met two ladies that booked 3 months prior and paid $1,700pp (3,400) for a Balcony cabin #9242 on deck 9. I bought this to the attention of manager Alexandra. Later I was told they had noisy neighbors above them and complained to customer service. They received 2 bottles of wine and a $250pp voucher for their next cruise. This was their first Celebrity cruise compared to my 6th cruise. I paid $7,000 (same as a guest in a suit) in an Ocean cabin on deck 3. Does this feel fair Celebrity? I feel disappointed and frustrated with this kind of treatment from Celebrity. We are individuals and NOT a number!!! The least you could do is give me a $500 voucher for my next cruise. I would love to cruise on the new Edge ship in the future. Please make my day! Sometimes, despite our best efforts and good intentions, things do not go the way we had hoped and apologize for any displeasure experienced with this matter and our response. They do price adjustments up till the cruise. I booked my cruise a yr out and when the price dropped I requested a price adjustment. They had no problem changing my price and giving me the new perks that were also being offered with my cabin class.

How is this a review of a ship/cruise?! Take your issues up with cruise line directly, this is not a forum that they are associated with. And, everyone pays a different price, get over it.

You chose to pay that much for your cruise then met others who paid less so expect a refund. Cruise lines are businesses and don't operate like this. Shop around before booking. Work with a ta to get a good deal.

If you where to ask a dozen people on the same cruise they would have a different answer regarding fares you win some and loss some there are many specials and differ with each company and agency... it makes no sense for you to book and pay then whinge about it .. was your choice to book ! Your choice to pay that fare ! It's pays to do your homework regardless of how many cruises you have done .. don't assume your entitled to be compensated for you over paying :-((( 🙄

People pay a variety of prices on all cruises, airline flights, hotels, rental cars, etc. Prices fluctuate based on supply and demand. It’s a free market (thankfully). If you aren’t happy with the price, don’t book the cruise. If you are happy with the price, book it and don’t look back. Comparing to see if someone else got a better deal, then complaining if they did, only makes you, and those around you who probably have to hear about for months, miserable.

Not sure I understand what happened here. Another party experienced some problems and were compensated. You didn't experience problems but your paid more for your suite so you also expect some gift?
