We had a wonderful family vacation the service overall was great, but our stroom attendant Reynaldo went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We where w/ our 15,13 and 10 yr. old not "pool friendly" for them,but the choice of ports were perfect,day and night activities Amazing. Game shows (we won family feud) had everyone laughing. An overall super experience for first time cruisers.

Ship was beautifully appointed,complete with everything a traveler could want. There was as much to do as anyone could expect, activities, entertainment and many choices to occupy ourselves while at sea. The staff was fabulous....went to all lengths to accommodate us and make us happy! It was my husband's first cruise and he was apprehensive, but enjoyed himself immensely. We will do it again.

great ship

An understated elegance prevails on this ship. The service and the crew were absolutely outstanding, we felt welcome and appreciated at every turn. It was an exceptionally nice cruise experience.

This was my first time on a cruise. The people who work for Celebrity made me feel very comfortable on this cruise. The food was very good and the service was excellent. I recommend everyone to take a cruise with Celebrity and to use , which is the best way to get a cruise. I am very happy I went on this cruise. There are no words I can write but only good things. I have no complaints but only prayer of this cruise!

Everything was wonderful except that the people on the ship were very old. The crew was friendly, the food was amazing, and the shows were spectacular.

ship was very clean and crew were very personable but dining was a problem and when complaint was issued people in charge of dining room did not apparently feel it was worth following up on so matradee had to handle the situation for one night and it returned from then on .

Overall another great Solistice ship

This is a beautifully laid out ship. The central lobby has a dance floor on the third floor where live music is played. At the edge of this area is an open cylinder that goes to the top of the ship, fifteen floors up. Glass elevators surround the cylinder making possible views of the passing floors and their different lounges, libraries, hideaways, as well as views of the dance floor and musicians. The music can be heard and enjoy on all the floors because of this marvelous design.

This New & Most Beautiful Celebrity ship knows how to put The Celebrity in all it's passengers. I have sailed with her twice so far & so happy to say, enjoyed every minute. The food, cabin size, excellent & dreamy bedding, entertainment & quality of this, are all first rate,as it should be. The Casino Payout have finally improved to what I consider normal payouts. This is a vast improvement over my first transatlantic sailing just a short four weeks ago.If you live in the Northeast, you have got to take this ship, while it's still in this region before she leaves in April for Europe.

This is a beautiful ship and the staff goes out of their way to ensure that your every whim is catered to. Ship is very clean.

Overall I was very happy with this cruise. The excursions were excellent and the ships staff was exceptional. The folks running Michael's Bar (Andrei and Mihaela) were excellent. There was a bit of a "bug" going around and a couple of the entertainers fell ill. But none of the passengers (aside from a couple of cases of sea sickness) became sick. Ship was immaculate and kept clean the entire cruise. A couple of down notes though: Celebrity is charging a lot of fees for things that may have been complimentary in the past. The term "nickel and diming" was used several times. Internal communications were sometimes off as well. The daily program had some overlap in the schedule--showing two musical acts playing in the same spot on the ship at the same time is one example. However I had an excellent time and will recommend both this ship and Celebrity to anyone.

The ship is new, excellent shape, very well maintained and super-clean

The ship is new and therefore state of the art. However, a few things were missing. There was no speaker for announcements in the room, other than emergency, there was no light on the veranda and cabins needed more drawer space. The captain was visible and present through out the cruise. The staff was very good.

Everything was well done. Understated and elegant

Great ship and staff, unfortunatly we had rough weather., and the stabelizers were of little help.

As the newest ship in the Celebrity fleet the Silhouette is beautiful, functional and comfortable.

I cruised beforeon Carnival, Royal Carrib, Costa, hollan America but celebrity is the best of all.....
