We were in Aqua class and your waiter can bring you food that is not on the Blu menu. For example my wife asked and received a marvelous filet one night, I would ask for cheese on some nights instead of the listed desserts, etc.

I was on this cruise, also in Aquaclass. Perhaps this is your first Aquaclass cruise. I suggest you book a main dining room stateroom if your main objective is variety. Perhaps hit the buffet? Blu focuses on four starter and four entrée options that change every dinner. We also noticed that there is a ‘lighter fare’ rotating menu that featured plant-based and pescatarian-type options that rotated every couple nights. This was a great improvement from the past fixed alternative menu. Desert is the same way, four new, non-repeating options each night. There are also 3-4 desert options that are the same every evening. Blu, for us, was every bit as we remembered it. The service was top notch. The menu is lighter fare overall which is why we come back. If you want a share entree or multiple starters, there is no concern from the wait staff.
