Enbarkation preocess was seemless.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
We only ate in the main dining room on day for lunch. t was just a little too stuffy for us. We loved the buffet food so much that w never returned to the main dining room for another meal. The food on the buffet was exceptional!

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
We did not partake in the on board activities as we were off the ship in port or on excursions all the days the ship was in port. On the 'at sea' days we rested and spent a lot of time each afternoon at Cafe al Bacio sipping coffees. It was the best find of the on board experience!

Entertainment

5 out of 5
We enjoyed all the shows!

Children's Programs

Did not travel with children.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Honestly, the staff can make or break a cruise experience. Thy made ours the best cruising experience yet! We made some good friends among the staffers and will remember them always.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The Silhouette is designed to make it easy to get around. We had looked at the deck plan maps before we left and within the first day knew our way around the ship. It is laid out in smart fashion and we also never felt the crowds and the ship was at full capacity.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We were on a 12-day cruise. The cabin seamed small when we first entered it, but it was adequate. The funny thing was that by he end of the cruise the space seemed to feel larger. It was odd but welcomed. We never felt too cramped so the design of the room is also smart.

Ship tip

Talk to the staff - they may be very different from you, but they are warm, feeling, individuals with so much to share of their lives. It's a great opportunity to make new friends!

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

We live not too far from port so did not spend time here except to embark and disembark here.

Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S.V.I.

3 out of 5
We enjoyed our excursion here but the island did not appeal to us in the long run; meaning we did not experience an urge to return.

St. John's, Antigua

5 out of 5
We enjoyed our excursion here very much!

Castries, St. Lucia

5 out of 5
We enjoyed our excursion here very much, but at the last stop, a tour mate fell and hit his head. He ended up being OK but he and his wife had to leave the cruise and fly home as his concussion was too much to continue. That put a damper on the day but it had nothing to do with the beautiful island of Saint Lucia.

Bridgetown, Barbados

4 out of 5
Barbados is a fun island! We enjoyed it!

St. George's, Grenada

5 out of 5
This was by far the most amazing excursion through The Spice Island. The island smells of the spices as soon as you feel a breeze. I highly recommend this island for seeing the lush vegetation and rain forest settings we tend to associate with tropical islands. Grenada is beautiful!

Kingstown, St. Vincent

5 out of 5
We enjoyed this island too.

Basseterre, St. Kitts Did not visit port

We had been here before and had a wonderful excursion that trip, but our excursion for this trip had been cancelled and we were just too tired after back-to-back excursions for 6 days to book anything else. Saint Kitts is a favorite island of ours, though, so we do recommend visiting it. It's very clean! i

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Again, another seamless experience.
