Review summary

Enjoyed the cruise and cannot fault the entertainment, cleanliness, staff attentiveness and food. We are very disappointed with our agent for not dealing with our overpayment and we may elaborate on this later.

Really enjoyed the entertainment and we appreciated the efforts of the Cruise Director to ensure we were entertained to such a high standard. Well done.

We experienced a very high level of service throughout. Having cruised twenty times I would say that this cruise was in the top three for service and attentiveness. The host and bar staff in Michaels club were exceptional. Our room attendant was very thourough.

Very clean ship with high hygiene standards. Really quite faultless.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was adequate however we did hear some noise throughout the night whilst cleaning was taking place, namely trollies passing above. Lack of sunlight on the balcony due to the ship design. I would not book this cabin again.

Ship tip

Don’t eat before 7pm as we found it to be too busy. Download your own films before you travel as there is a $15 charge for stateroom films ( around 10 old films are free) that play through your TV and we felt this was cheeky considering we paid for the upgrade to a suite.

Very smooth however a little chaotic adjacent the exit from the terminal. As ever lots of people just stopping in front of you or walking across you without a care in the world.
