Great cruise to places we've never been. The ship was excellent and our cabin 7259 was great. The food and service staff was top notch. Celebrity knows how to do it.
Embarkation

Everything went smoothly. Although the lines to check in were long, they moved quickly.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
We had Celebrity Select dining and enjoyed the ability to eat when we wanted. The food selections were excellent. We also had the Classic Beverage plan which was more than adequate for our needs.
Onboard Activities

Always something to do.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The guest entertainers were all excellent.
The ships dancers and singers and the shows they put on left a lot to be desired. Their show "The Pearl" left us confused and itching for it to be over. It was hard to take. The singers appeared to be all divas trying to outdo each other. The dancers looked like they were trying to squeeze every dance move they learned in dance school into each performance. New choreographer perhaps?
The constant references to diversity, multi-culturalism, being gay, getting along in this world, blah, blah, blah, was annoying.
Entertain us, don't preach to us.
Service and Staff

The service staff were all excellent.
Ship Quality

Love the ship. This is our third cruise on a Solstice class ship and the Silhouette leaves nothing to be desired. Even though there was maximum passenger capacity at over 3,000, the ship never felt crowded.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin is just the right size and has everything we need. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was in excellent condition.
Excellent, easy city to navigate around. Got to Amsterdam two days early and got a 2-day hoho canal boat ticket. We were able to get to everything we wanted using the canal boats.
Loved Tallinn. Best medieval city we ever visited. Had lunch at Olde Hansa, and it was a real treat to eat in a 15th century building, eating 15th century food served by a staff dressed in medieval garb.
Great experience in St. Petersburg. Did a 2-day excursion. Our two guides were excellent. Saw everything we needed and wanted to see. The included lunches were good and gave us a taste of local fare.
We used the ships shuttle to the city center ($20 per person). Not much to see or do in Helsinki except shop. But at least we can say we've been to Finland.
We bought a HOHO ticket through the ship BUT there was not enough time in Stockhlom to warrant that expense. It was a waste of $30 per person. You had to wait 20-30 minutes for a bus at each stop that you were lucky to get to see two sights. We did however get to go to the Vasa museum which I highly recommend. I would give Vasa 5 STARS.
Great city. Definitely eat lunch at the recommended restaurant Fyrtojet at Nyhavn 11, which is set on a beautiful canal. You get a 20% discount. Great shops and of course the Little Mermaid.
As we had plans to stay another day in Amsterdam, we kept all of our luggage with us and we we're able to walk off the ship whenever we wanted that morning.
