Review summary

Despite the cool cloudy weather, we had a pleasant transatlantic crossing.  The food was quite good in the main dining room. On several occasions, we felt the servers seemed inexperienced and would benefit from more training.   We have always enjoyed  hearing the classical musicians on previous trips, but this time they had to perform in a very noisy crowded bar and could not even be heard. We very much enjoyed visiting the ports of Lisbon, Le Harve, and Bruges, where we  the weather finally improved. The captain was especially personable and funny.

this cabin is very well located both for ship activities and for stability when the seas got a little rough.

Our TA on the Silhouette is April 15, 2018 out of Port Everglades (FLL) to Southampton, UK. We will be stopping in Lisbon also. Due to the 2pm arrival and 10pm departure we are considering a ship's excursion to Sintra & Cacais rather than doing our own as on other cruises. Was sorry to see you gave Lisbon only 3 stars. Your remark about cool, cloudy weather will help me pack properly for the crossing!
