Very satisfied with the quality of food but need more variety. Clean and excellent service from room steward, main dining and martini bar crew. We were very disappointed with the Customer Relations team and with the itinerary changes especially the last minute removal of Grand Cayman.

very enjoyable vacation with friends and family. I would not be disappointed if we never went back to jamiaca the resort we went to for a beach day was dirty and not good. other than that it was a wonderful time

Great cruise, everything I expected and more. We introduced two friends to cruising and hope to introduce more to Celebrity Cruising in 2023 via Cruise Only!

The ship was very nice, we sailed with only 25% capacity so it was an odd feeling. At least virtually no wait for elevators!! Ports of call were a bit disappointing because you were limited to only excursions via Celebrity. Couldn't do anything on your own which is what we like to do, so it limited our enjoyment of the stops.

This was a wonderful cruise, although wearing a mask was somewhat inhibiting, we did get used to it. Beautiful ship, wonderful cruise and loved that it wasn't crowded! The entertainment was top notch, although we would have liked to have seen more production shows. The cruise went off without any hitches, smooth sail and managed to visit all the ports that were scheduled with no cancellations!

Excellent cruise. Small number of passengers vs crew made everything go very smoothly.

This was our first ship with Celebrity Cruice and after this wonderful experience we are ready for our next cruise. Thank you for this great experience.

Overall it was an excellent vacation. If there was no pandemic to worry about it would have been better. The Captain informed everyday.

We very much enjoyed this beautiful ship. We will book and sail on Reflection again if the opportunity arises. We hope that when it goes into dry dock to be refurbished that they don't change the ambiance and beauty of this vessel.

This was our second cruise since the ships restarted. The ship was very clean. The staff was very friendly. It was easy to get around - only about 700 passengers on board. There was never a wait for the elevator. The muster process is so much better now - I hope it stays that way in the future. Guess Services was helpful and able to resolve our issues. It was a very relaxing week.

Don’t know where to start! How about first our itinerary was changed two days before sailing and cut from four ports to three with no compensation or explanation… and then We weren’t notified until when we were about to get off the ship that you can’t if you have un vaxed children; I would like to add this isn’t by choice my children didn’t meet the guidelines to be… so now I have three hysterical children who wanted to go explore and get off the boat just for a few hours and we’re told they can’t! I might add no where in the booking contract does it state this! We made arrangements to see family in Nassau last minute when we were changed to that port and wasn’t allowed to see them the only way they would allow us on dry land was to pay ridiculous amounts of money for there shortly excursions which Were “private” except you were interacting not only with the staff but other cruise ships… our vacation was ruined they didn’t care what so ever the staff were rude sited to us it was in the contract when I had them print the contract to show me where they were unable to do so! Honestly just disgusted with how a family of three small children was treated after spending so much on a family vacation for thanksgiving

The ship was nicely cleaned and staff outnumbered guests making for excellent service. The ship however is old and needs refurbishing. The ports were ok, except for one which was poor.

Great cruise, great ship, great people working on board. Love the Reflection. Can’t wait to be on her again.

I felt safe - Corona virus wise and had an amazing experience on the Reflection

Overall the cruise was great, even though we did not go to 3 of the 4 ports that we expected to explore. When you book a cruise it is usually based on the ship as well as the ports you may want to visit. Unfortunately we missed out on Jamaica, Key West and the Cayman Islands. I would not visit Nassau or Casa Maya again. I have been on 4 Celebrity cruises and there service and professionalism is always wonderful! I recommend this cruise line and will continue to cruise with Celebrity in the future.

We selected this cruise as it was Celebrity--love Celebrity--and had a variety of ports. We had a great time and will cruise with Celebrity and again!
