Overall it was another excellent cruise with Celebrity. Their staff and officers are very hard working I order to ensure guests have a wonderful time.

Overall a very good cruise. Celebrity is one of the best cruise lines. Reflection is clean and up to date and well done as far as the styling of a ship. Main dining room management needs improvement, but the main dining room staff were excellent.

Cruise was great! Our room steward Leslie was fabulous. Dining Room and Specialty Dining service was a bit of a let down. Definitely not to the standards of Pre-COVID cruising but thinking that they didn't have enough staff and/or the staff wasn't fully trained. Still was a Great Cruise and I would go again!

Cruise was okay. The weather was pretty windy so we rocked a lot for two full days. The staff is amazing here! Food is good. The entertainment was lackluster. Best show was elysium. Comedian had a hard time getting any feedback from the audience. It was awkward.

It was great from time we got on ship until we got in car at port. I would recommend same agent to book with.

This was a birthday cruise for my mom and she loved it. My only recommendation for improvements would be the casino (tables not being opened) and the food portions.

We celebrated our 26th anniversary on the ship and we thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Enjoyed meeting the staff and crew and the cruise Director. Rich was very nice to us. We also enjoyed the dinner with our waiters that were exceptional, and very accommodating to our dietary needs.

We took this specific cruise to spend time with our friends and because we hadn't been to most of these ports in previous cruises. Our time with our friends was fabulous. The time on board is always fabulous. The ports were not fabulous and I wouldn't recommend this itinerary unless you book a tour at each port. But at the price of the excursions, that adds a lot of expense to your trip.

Sorry to say that, overall, this cruise was very disappointing. The cruise seemed to lack sincere personable attention. Only Cabin steward/service and dining room assistant waiters Michael and Roshan were exceptional. Overall, I don’t feel this cruise represented “hospitality” but certainly did present an attitude of “get their last dime”. Take a deep breath, add another 18 or 20% gratuity.

Unfortunately on embarking found out that our set room (next to our friends) had a plumbing malfunction and we had been changed to another floor. This was an inconvenience. My husband was sick with a cold and unfortunately had to visit the medical doctor onboard and was not prescribed the correct antibiotic for bronchitis and did not take care of the problem. It would have been nice to check up on the patient after being seen in the clinic. Accomodations, show and ammenities were good but the choices in the food menus were poor and not very good. The ship does serve the best bar drinks ever ! All alcoholic drinks were delicious.

I may try Celebrity again, but it won't be any time soon.

It was an enjoyable holiday cruise with my family. Nice Christmas Eve & Christmas Day family dinner. Enjoyed the ports. Everyone went on excursions of their interest.

It was an enjoyable holiday and a great way to spend Christmas. Though Reflection is an older ship, it was still well maintained. Service was always good (but slow in the main and specialty dining rooms). Staff was always friendly and helpful. We had a great time!

All went well,look out for the price tag of wi-fi, and beverage packages could be more family friendly especially when traveling 4 or more family members.

This was a very relaxing cruise and Celebrity provided exactly that.

We had a very nice time .. Staff was awesome , plenty of food (even though some was very dry) so frequented the dining room was I must say was very nice experience. Met new friends that are frequent cruisers lol. they thought we should have been offered something extra since was our first time , but overall very good .. thank you!

Retirement celebration cruise. RandR with fun excursion activities. High quality dining room food . Great service. Room location spectacular. Tom Kapenga at Cheap Cruises hit the target for our needs !!!!
