Review summary

Overall a very good cruise. Celebrity is one of the best cruise lines. Reflection is clean and up to date and well done as far as the styling of a ship. Main dining room management needs improvement, but the main dining room staff were excellent.

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
For some reason our request for 6pm main dining seating never got recorded. It took a couple of nights of follow ups with many people and getting poor seating assignments fixed, before it was resolved satisfactorily. Secondly the food delivery in main dining was awful a couple of times, once for dinner and once for breakfast. The worst was breakfast. We waiting over an hour from ordering until food arrived at our table and no one at the table got what they ordered, we simply picked what dishes we liked the most and settled since it was already so long.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Rich is an excellent cruise director. The assistant Ana Dulce was very disorganized, never explained anything accurately, and has poor English skills. The other assistant Danz was very good, exciting and very engaged.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
There were a couple of excellent shows. The UniqueQ woman and Mike Mentz were outstanding. The Euphoria show was very good. The Broken Strings show and the comedian Phil Tag was not good at all.

Children's Programs

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Jermaine from Philippines in the deck 3 main dining room was the best waiter we have ever had on any cruise. Rolando from Peru, the deck 3 main dining assistant waiter with Jermain was also very good. Maria from Indonesia and Paulo from Brazil, both doing main dining breakfast coffee service were very good

Nassau feels very unsafe to visit. The Nassau people are rude and aggressive. We intended to stay on board, but we took a boat tour and that was very good, partly because it gave us refuge from the relentless onslaught of the Nassau people on the land.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

The bird aviary tour was surprisingly different and was a very good experience.

Disembarkation

The terminal had only 3 customs agents so it took over 20 minutes in line
