Food was terrible - buffets, dinners, breakfast, everything was either below average or just plain bad. Food was consistently delivered cold (or wrong) at dinner, breakfast was so bad it was laughable, and the buffets served mostly just weird and disgusting food. Oh, and all the bread and pastries throughout the entire cruise were stale and hard...

Our assistant for the Trip (Putu) was very good, but the waiters were below average. VERY slow dinner service every night (even compared to other tables), and constantly forgetting and getting things wrong.

Small cabin, uncomfortable bed and sofa, tv barely worked, furniture outside on the balcony was just average and also uncomfortable, lack of storage, toilet flushing issues. I expected much better and there was nothing about the room that was acceptable.
