Review summary

The only thing that I could be critical about was the spa area, and the acupuncture treatments. I have a bad back, and I have been to other acupuncturist, and this was excruciatingly painful. Acupuncture is not meant to be a painful experience. The acupuncturist seemed to take pleasure and even laughed. When you are paying that much money for a treatment you expect better results all of the way around. My only other complaint was about the bus tour to Florence. The stop at the leather manufacturing facility was a waste of time and useless. Nobody on our bus purchased anything at all. For a factory direct outlet, it seemed more like having a captive audience with no other competition around to moderate the extremely high prices.

Very clean, and our room with the balcony was awesome.

Room size was exceptional, the bathtub was a whirlpool and the jet were strong, and amazingly enough the closet space was Gr8.

Ship tip

I forgot that you could get your clothing sent to the laundry, and we carried entirely to much clothes.
