Review summary

Fantastice ship, crew & staff were always friendlly and great service given. Food & drinks were superb and wonderful entertainment too. Ports of call were great apart from Nassau which didn't suit our taste. Suite was fabulous too.

Cabin / Stateroom

Reflection Suite - First time in this suite and it flows very well especially as both bedrooms and the master en-suite have doors to balcony. Amazing space with plenty of cupboards, only thing missing was a portable bluetooth speaker and think the kitchen area could lose one of the large cupboards and install an American size fridge/freezer as they have in PS of M Class ships. No compalints tho - brilliant cruise.

Ship tip

Remember that Suite Class on Solstice Class ships is far different to Edge Class, so the lounge is on deck 5, Luminae Restaurant is on dec 3 and there currently is no Retreat deck as the ship has yet to undergo Revolution process.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida Did not visit port

Boarding only

Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Great port, very interesting, lots to do.

Nassau, Bahamas

Nothing great, you'd have to go to Paradise Island for the beautiful beaches / resorts etc.

Disembarkation

Easy process.

Nice run down. Its been our favorite S-class. I think Reflection will be the last to go through Revolution upgrade, so it still has Michaels club. Looking forward to the "last" Michaels club experience on our end in June.
