A little disappointing. Having cruised many times on Celebrity, including previous cruise on Reflection, some thing was just off. The cruise director , Giuseppe , was superb and the Captain was amazing.
Will still remain a loyal Celebrity cruiser.

Very slow service, uninspired and repetitive menu and taste in main dining room. Buffet was better, but, desserts pretty to look at, but, barely edible.

Theater terribly understaffed. Servers were great when we could get one. Had 2 tables for dinner (group of 18), one waiter and assistant were great, one waiter good, but, assistant wasn’t. Spoke to maitre D, improved somewhat.

Think it’s time for refurbishing.
Needs to be refreshed, new color scheme. Elevators are not efficient

Poor storage. Very well maintained. Need to remodel and add more accessible plugs and better storage.
Too many aggressive vendors. Chocolate tour was fun, but, timing poor. Continuing your after chocolate making, resulted in one melted blob of chocolate!
Agree about the MDR. We've actually stopped using it. If we dont have specialty dinning reservations, we head straight to the buffet. More variety to choose from, little to no wait, and many times the food is tastier too.
We disembarked at FL the day you guys boarded, we saw literally hundreds of disabled scooters being boarded (600 was what the staff said were expected)... It looked to us that the cruise was going to be a disaster in terms of accessing elevators, theatre, etc... It looks like you’ve had a pretty good trip all in all... We agree btw about the CD & Capt. both were terrific... For us dining was pretty good but we did spend several evenings in the speciality restaurants...
It’s always best to use self-debarkation and take your own luggage. You are usually the first off the ship, no searching for luggage and no lines at customs.
