The itinerary was good, the ship clean and new-ish and kids were almost non-existent. We were traveling with a group (91 of us) that is lots of fun, so a good time was had by all.

Quisine was outstanding! Entertaining and the food was wonderful! The food in the main dining room and buffet was mediocre at best. Nothing to write home about. The bars were underwhelming as they did not open until late in the afternoon and bartenders were not the friendliest, the only exceptions being Vladimir and Angelica in the Ensemble Lounge.
Onboard Activities

We enjoy Trivia, however, on this ship they kept trying to squeeze us out by using the Sky Bar for their art auctions. Also, even with all the people at Trivia, the Sky Bar was never open.
Entertainment

The exception was "Hard Days Night", a Beatles tribute band. They rocked!

The ship was very clean and well-maintained, but I wasn't particularly fond of the layout. I am more of a Royal Caribbean "Radiance" class type of person.
We got off the Reflection on Feb 8th. Had great bar service. Drinks were plenty strong. Many bars on ship. Sorry it did not not meet your expectations. Our third cruise on celebrity couldnt have been more pleased.
