Excellent ship, staff was friendly and helpful. The captain did divert course to avoid bad storm and everyone was very appreciative of that. I did speak with the head of Hotel for ship and explained the issue with dining room and hopefully he can make changes. We were on the ship for 21 nights, this was just a bit long as the meals were very repetitive, and some entertainment was duplicated. If you have chance to have some back tours of the ship do it.

If you are on the Reflection The PORCH restaurant is best on ship. Best meal if you are seafood lover. Main dining selections are ok , not many outstanding meals. Muranos is very good but expensive. Tuscan Grille great service and food

If you meet other couples on the ship and want to have dinner with them it is very difficult to have them at your table when you have reservations for my time dining. Very unaccommodating. We had several different waiters over the course of 21 nights and some were excellent, Duarte and Jeff were the best. But for some reason we could no get their table when requested several times. We found the hostess at the My time dining at Opus 4th deck not so accommodating ,always smiling and not meeting our requests
Onboard Activities

As in all ships get up early and try to save a pool chair, getting very frustrating and there does not seem to be a solution. Excellent fitness center good staff. Persian Garden best part of day to relax.
They have something new called the silent disco, was the most fun we had great laughs. Every ship should offer this
Entertainment

Ship Orchestra was one of the best ever. Several good shows, several not so good, comics were ok, Juggler show was a riot ,great show. Bands on Centrum deck 3 were excellent, they also performed at pool in the afternoons.
Best show was the rock band Billy Macquiggan Brought the house down, they also performed on deck 3 one night and had the entire ship rocking out. It was great to see them again on the second cruise, I had chance to talk with them and they are very friendly and personable. The bar tender show on deck 4 was great

Give the entire staff a 9 out of 10. Great cabin attendant Hubert, excellent bar staff at the captains elite club.
Special shout out to Melissa and Aldin our captains club concierge. went beyond good service to accommodate us . Also to James the attendant at the Persian Garden

Well kept very clean, great attendant, not enough storage space for an extended cruise. Be sure to secure TV before sleeping if the ship is experiencing rocky conditions. Best to ask for extra pillows as they are not to comfortable
Ship tip
Get to know some of the senior staff they get things done quickly. Do not settle for tables yo do not like in my time dining
Enjoyed comments we leave in 60 days on her transatlantic cruise to Rome then back to back through Greek Islands. Wondered about the repetitiveness of the food!
You will love it summer12 we went from Rome last may the ship was perfect the weather was perfect and the destinations were perfect. Wish i was going again.....
