If you are not looking for entertainment / shows this is the right cruise for you. they only have two shows per day. Tips are $11.50 per person it will not matter if it is a couple or not. I paid $100 for the parking at the pier. I got a accident outside of the ship in Mexico and when I went to see the doctor on the ship I was charged $148 for the doctors visit and $68 for the nurse to clean my injury.

Beautiful ship with very friendly, superb executive and staff. We enjoyed everyday on the ship and were treated royally (wonderful dining experiences, entertainment and service to our room). We would selecct Celebrity over other cruise lines for many reasons, but most of all because of the Aqua Spa cafe and pool area. This concept is very special and we have not found this serene and healthy environment on any other cruise line. Celebrity is our top choice because of Aqua Spa area.

It was a easy ship to get from place to the other.

This cruiseline caters to a more refined experience, so the ship is traditionally decorated in classic colors, not garish or tacky. There were very few children. The staff is friendly, professional and talented, the activities are casual, and the pace is calming. Dining is leisurely and the food is very good. I wish there were more mainstream options on the menu for those of us who do not eat seafood or unusual offerings. Overall a wonderfully relaxing cruise.

This was our first cruise so we have nothing to compare it to, but everything was great and exceeded our expectations. People we met were all nice and there was a variety of different age groups. The layout of the ship was really good and easy to get around and find quiet little places to sit and read, both inside and outside. There was plenty of outdoor space and seating. Food was excellent and service was very good. Our room staff were very efficient and friendly. We enjoyed all the shows and the quality of the performers.

I was given a suite that should not be called a suite. There was no whirlpool, and the bed was not presentable.It was sagging at different places. On the first day they placed wood plancs to try and straighten the bed.We slept on that and then I told them that they should change my room ,upgrade or downgrade.. On the second day they finally found another mattress and they took the old one out.Therefore the rest of the trip was excellent. I was looking for my onboard credit and they never received the notice from the travel agent. They also mentionned that there was a promotion which was never offered to me but taken by my travel agent.Also everyone at my table were in SKY suites and they all had the gratuities offered at no cost in the price. I was charged $150.00. In conclusion the trip was excellent but the travel agency is not to be recommended . Fern Mantha

Good price for the value of the ship. The service was exceptional, food excellent and facilities were great. Enjoyed the special show on ship re Mariachese, Mexico folklore, while docked in Cozumel. The Friday special brunch with ice sculptures was unique. Thank you Denis

This short cruise spent too little time in Key West. Cozumel was adequate but uninteresting. We had been there before to stay and had the time to do it right.

Great staff outstanding shows and lots and lots of great food

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was spacious and the posts were fun

This ship in going in for referb soon but it is a very nice, well kept up ship. It is very clean and there cleaning all the time. The food is very good. The entertainment needs help along with the bar staff.

A lot of excuses for a ship going in for upgrades.

We always wanted to go somewhere warm in the middle of the winter and this cruise was everything we wanted and more
