Review summary

Finally gave us the opportunity to visit Key West. Did not disappoint. Smaller ship, older style but well maintained. Service not up to par as with Silhouette, Reflection, Equinox and eclipse but maybe because it was only 4 nights, but that is not an excuse. Staff tried hard to please but maybe short staffed. Bar service was weak compared to the prior silhouette cruise. Nobody came around and served anybody around pool and sun decks. Long wait times at bars

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
MDR and buffet were only so so this time around however Tuscan was great as usual

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
Very few, if any and if there were, did not part

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Didn't go to any shows but does and music were fine

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Room attendants were great as were David and Ronny in the main dining room. Maitre D looked after us well as did Lisa, area foor manager in mdr

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Cleanliness fine but Oregon layout of solstice class ships more so than millennium class. Millennium class is more traditional in styling

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Had 3 cabins, 2 on 9th floor that were leaking heavily on the balcony before the ship moved us to aquaclass on 10th. Same room but better shower. Found millennium rooms smaller than solstice class rooms
