Review summary

Loved the Japanese ports and staff. The speakers were unorganized and provided conflicting information. The visual presentations were below the level of high school PowerPoint presentation. The food was terrible. Activities were below average. Ship was average. We chose this trip particularly for the itinerary. Virtually everything beyond the itinerary and the staff was disappointing.

Food was abysmal. We ate as a family in the dinning room three times. All three were dinners were terrible. The only item consistently good was the French Onion soup. The meals did not taste good and were not even presented to look appealing. We ate vast majority of our meals in the Windjammer Café and the Burger Bar. Not at all what you expect given the Celebrity Cruise Line, the itinerary and the cost. I was terribly disappointed in the dinning experience.

Staff were excellent!!! Didn't encounter a single staff member who was not exceptionally friendly and courteous. One of the staff members, May, was exceptional.
