Review summary

Stateroom size very good, very comfortable surroundings. When we had a problem with no hot water in the shower, it was quickly fixed by staff. Dining room staff was very personable, food quality good, but entrees lacked some imagination

Individual service was either outstanding or disappointing. If they could eliminate the numerous bookiing/transaction errors which caused problems, this would be memorably favorable

Good size for a ship. Facilities excellent, there are plenty of places where you can be alone or in the midst of a large group enjoying the activity. Restaurant staff needs to replace the towels they wipe down tables with more often

Snorkel with sting rays was good. Access to activities was a problem if you had not pre-booked your shore excursion since other ships arrived two hours earlier and the more interesting tours were filled by passengers from these other ships

I don't know about shopping, but other activities are limited because it takes too long to get to the site in order to have much time at the activity

Finally had a reasonable amount of time in port. Very good mix of available activities

Don't Miss: Americas Cup 12 meter yacht racing (but take a pass if winds are light)

Pros: The Caribbean venue is great, Millenium facilities excellent, food was very good, also high quality shows

Cons: Many errors in transactions; wrong names on sea pass card; when several people were booked for an activity one would be mistakenly dropped; account transaction errors
