Guest relations and excursion staff were poor beyond belief. Problem after problem was ignored. I spent a large portion of the cruise trying to have issues resolved.

Cabin steward did a good maintaining overall cleanliness. The ship is badly in need of refurbishment. The air conditioner in the cabin broke, the bathroom floor seeped water between the grout seams.
