Everyone was friendly and helpful. It is nice to NOT hear people complaining about having to work. We did not hear ANYONE ever talk negative about their job, Celebrity or being on the ship. I point this out because I do not like it when you go into an establishment and the worker does nothing but complain about their job, work, company or personal life. All of your employees (That we came across) do what they can to assist, help or make our stay BETTER! It was nice to be pampered a bit.

Our room attendant Aldrin was great. He's was like a Ninja (In a great way) all week in and out of our room, keeping it clean and stocked. We traveled with my wife's sister and her husband and they had the same experience with Aldrin.
We also wanted to mention our Waiter Wigner and his assistant Baldwin. We sat at the same dinner table all week. These two were always doing what they could to make our dinner the best it could be. We all looked forward to our dinners and allowing these two to serve us. They did a really great job. Vince the Sommelier was great as well, we just didn't not use his services but, he was right there willing to help or assist us anytime we had a question.
Ship Quality

I couldn't imagine trying to design the ship. Of course, we had to do a lot of walking all week to get places but, we accept that going into the cruise.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a small Ocean view stateroom. Of course it was small but, it was comfortable. We understand that cabins will be small and if we wanted bigger we could of paid for it, however, I believe we were pretty comfortable even with the small room.
I was going to mark this one down becuase I specifically asked where to line up for walking off and was given misinformation. When that information was found to be incorrect, at first the person didn't seam to care but, then she was able to remedy her error and we were able to go to a different door. It isn't that she made a mistake, but that she did what she could to correct the issue.
We were on the same cruise as you, Infinity March 9, 2020. Agree with your review. Ship was very clean and staff was wonderful. Our cabin steward was excellent, like yours. Bed was very comfortable, which was a welcome surprise since this ship is scheduled for refurbishment in fall of 2020. Glad you enjoyed it. We did too.
