Review summary
Customer service is top notch on the Celebrity Infinity. Our experiences with all of the staff members were way above our expectations. Knowing that we booked a trip on an older ship we weren’t expecting the world, but the staff more than made up for the much dated staterooms and rusted out exterior of the vessel. Only two things we found were seriously lacking: the entertainment and the buffet. Can’t wait to see the changes after the upcoming renovation!Embarkation
