Overall a good family Christmas cruise. There is Christmas atmosphere and kid enjoyed her first cruise. Cabin could have been cleaner, larger and nicer.

Main dining food quality is okay but service is good. Oceanview cafe serves good selection of food, too. The quality of sushi and Tuscan is slightly better than those free options.

Due to the size and style of ship, onboard activities overall are fine. Pools are kinda small and filled with people for this holiday schedule, especially the sea days.
Entertainment

Not many family (with 4 year old kid) onboard entertainment other than the night show. Most activities are towards older groups.

Not much for a 4 year old. And they seem have very strict rules. For example, parents are not able to stay with or even see the kids, other than family activities time, which made my daughter nervous and we decided not to use the kid club.

Although they did some refurbishment here and there, the cabin is original I feel. Although the staff cleaned the room daily, we found food (from previous traveler) hidden underneath the sofa and bed, which is very disgusting. And it made me nervous about the cabin cleanness.

Maybe wait till them perform a thorough refurbishment before you sail with them.
Nice weather, however windy and waves were high. Our snorkeling tour was cancelled, and we ended up rent a Jeep and went to the beach. Very nice beach on the east and south side of island.
We liked this ship, have seen strict children’s club rules on other major cruise lines too, like our kids couldn’t stay together on NCL because of age differences and chose not to participate.
